The slots of cutters are mainly 0.45mm and 0.7mm. It’s of high requirements to the slots and the widths of the slots are required to be basically the same. The materials include MDF and a 6mm adhesive plate; both are hard and should be cut with slow speed. Thus air compressor is a must. 63.5mm lens are usually used for 0.45mm materials and the speed used is 0.2-0.4 meter per minute. 50mm lens are usually adopted for 0.7mm materials and the lines are broadened to 0.3mm and it should be cut on the left and right. The cutting speed is 0.3-0.5 meter per minute.
